I am an expert on system optimization in Public Administration organizational contexts. My research focuses on the services to the citizens, including solution for system and services management of cloud computing for smart cities.
I have 15 years of experience in the local government organizations and have been a projects manager for technological industries.
I hold master degrees in electronic engineering (1991) and in communication sciences (2005) and I am currently writing my Ph.D. on distributed multimedia systems for the IoT in a context of smart city at the University of Bologna.
